Investments 
The DragonHeartTM World Policy intends to dedicate the profits to the development of Future Cities and communities globally. This Policy will also generate cost-efficient technologies that are critical to the environment and economy, and pass the savings along to the consumer, thus epitomizing DragonHeartTM Foundation's Double-bottom Line Policy:
If ever there was a conceptual shortcoming to traditional Western corporate law, it is that all of the savings brought on by cost cutting, inexpensive labor, or more efficient technology, must, by law, be passed on strictly to the shareholders of the corporation. This prevents standard companies from being able to demonstrate greater corporate responsibility to the public at large, and does not allow the average consumer to increase the quality of life in other ways. DragonHeartTM Foundation is legally structured in ways which allow it to pass on certain ongoing benefits from process improvements directly to the consumer. Furthermore, DragonHeartTM Foundation intends to invest the income from investments, sales, services, and joint venture activities (minus 10% to the community in the form of projects), into the manufacture of technology for export into international markets, thereby increasing local employment while not depleting the country's economy of hard currency.
Infrastructure 
We would fast-track the infrastructure and build out all the metropolitan area's power, water, and sewage concurrently, and once complete, commence [photo right: composite turbine wind sail] the major construction on all areas with temporary but adequate accommodations for the workers. This will make it easier to attract quality companies to participate in this City if it takes less than five years to accommodate residential and office and/or workshop participation. The faster we can get product out to the nation, the faster the  environment and the economy will benefit, and the sooner our technologies will be made [photo left: infrastructure layout] available to the global market. We are convinced that spending a significant amount on peripheral work, such as aesthetics and facilities, will reward us and all who participate in practical ways, but the "Inspiration Value" for the future will be incalculable. We, of course, would include the two dozen or so companies involved with DragonHeartTM wherever we positioned The City.
Cooperation Creates a Confluence
We fully expect to be part of the solution for a country's program  to build new cities to replace much of the agricultural community and follow the natural process of evolution they have now embarked on.
We hope the cooperative effort involved in the design of The City will help to establish cities made with superior materials, made from recycled waste with a pristine environment that is energy self–sufficient. We envision that this can be easily passed on to the new suburbia and farming communities, thus generating goodwill throughout all the communities and ease the transition to City life.
We seek cooperation with local and national governments, universities, and industry, to ensure that DragonHeartTM City has the collaboration of all the various entities. DragonHeartTM City is to be a showcase, similar to a continuous World’s Fair, comprised of a confluence of cultures, innovations, and technologies from around the globe. This showcase City of the Future is designed to attract the finest companies from all over the world to partake in this legacy.
Summary
It has been decided by DragonHeartTM that investing in the production of a carte-blanche showcase of the best the world has to offer, without consideration for the extra expense, is an investment in all our futures. The joint development of DragonHeartTM City of the Future offers a new export---Expertise in City Planning---and building the City (which far exceeds the Kyoto Agreement) could become the inspiration for a Global Environmental Standard for the future.
Just as advanced countries enlightened and scientifically advanced civilization in the past brought change to the Western world, it can do so again by amalgamating The Best in the World, manufacturing it, and packaging it into a unique, global solution for humanity—
