Building Materials The majority of all building materials, including basalt ceramic road material, will be recycled from waste (no CO2 in the production,) yet be impervious to any element known. This unique material is paramagnetic and naturally gives off energy, whereas cement is diamagnetic and thus removes energy from living things. The production of these building materials will be carbon credit-worthy in every instance. The latest latent heat pump for air heating and cooling (with micro/nano-filtration) will be utilized. All municipal solid waste produces electricity (when processed with DragonHeartTM Foundation technology) and extracts high octane syngas. This represents a significantly positive environmental and energy production factor for the City.
Steel Mill The steel plant itself is a technological breakthrough. The mill is pollution-free, generates 80Mw of electricity, and, similar to the DragonHeartTM GassiFireTM and all of our other systems, it is carbon credit-worthy. Materials using iron extracted from alumina red mud waste fields via the VortiSizerTM, and char from the GassiFireTM will provide world-class stainless steel for manufacturing and construction. FutureCreteTM Building material for future homes that will reduce the need for excess energy requirements to heat or cool homes of the future. The R factors for these materials are R100 at one inch thickness, and R60 at one-half inch thickness. This material can be used for roofing tile, floor tiles, wall insulation and many more applications. It's heat range is up to 3600 degrees.
Materials Protection The buildings and fascia materials, including steel, will be coated with a waste vegetable oil product containing Nanotech Titanium resulting in a surface that is permanently impervious to pollution, acid rain, bacteria or mold build-up. This is due to the oxidation generated by the photon reflection of the titanium, and may aid in the surfaces looking new indefinitely.
Flexible Interior Partitioning The interior design of the buildings will be modular and have moveable, sound-proof walls on raised office flooring for electronic device wiring, cables, a/c plenums, and possibly storage. This will facilitate expansion as the evolution of technology and markets require new space or specific needs.
Nanotech Paint Another nanotechnology to be used is our paint which has the ability to generate light after exposure to the sun, and will be used in walkways and road markings for safety. It has the added benefit of generating light for 24 hours after being in contact with pure green light, and this, coupled with the titanium coating, would help keep hospital surgery rooms sterile. Street and curb lights will have solar storage batteries, and where possible the lights will be affixed to buildings to eliminate obtrusive light poles and wiring from walking areas.
Paint-On Solar Panels New advances in highly efficient and durable solar panels allow them to actually be “painted” on glass and exterior walls. These offer us unprecedented electricity generation on heretofore impossible designs and materials. Other solar breakthroughs allow us to produce tiles, ceramics and very attractive roofing materials for designing magnificent buildings that are, again, self sufficient without compromising design or aesthetics.
Waste-To-Energy The DragonHeartTM City will be totally energy self-sufficient. All energy will be generated by a combination of solar, wind, waste gasification, and CHP from industry. There will be no waste or slurry that is not totally recovered and utilized. Water will be above standard in purity and quality. It will be mineralized, chlorine/fluorine-free, micro-clustered, and have a balanced pH. The water will also be enlivened with naturally-induced ionization, and the processing will be unique and affordable.
Plug-n-Play Technology The intention of DragonHeartTM Foundation is to attract and incorporate into the City many innovations in materials, energy, and environmental enhancement from all over China, as well as our networks. These innovations will include solutions sitting dormant in laboratories all over the world from lack of support at one level or another. These solutions will form an integral part of our planning on a modular “plug-and-play” basis, where possible, so that the best solutions available become part of the City's infrastructure itself. We will also spare no expense to incorporate or retrofit advancements in science and technologies as we progress. The modular plug-and-play concept will assist our continual stream of innovations to be assimilated and incorporated seamlessly.
