City of the Future  Mission, Vision and Participants      The Mission for China is to supply environmental solutions in an extraordinary manner that are cost-effective, carbon credit-worthy and profitable. The goal is to build an exquisite residential/manufacturing city that is, in fact, a prototype for the future. This city will demonstrate the best recycled materials, transportation, energy, communication and environmental technologies found throughout our global network and the Orient. This goal will be presented in a world-class manner that surpasses the Kyoto Agreement and shows the possibility and inspiration for a new standard for the global community. The ultimate goal is to profit both the community and ourselves, hence the “Double-bottom Line” that is represented by the Tau I-Ching symbol meaning:  joy, abundance and attracting good, intelligent friends who have a higher purpose. Vision of the Future Thousands of years of cultural wisdom and knowledge leading up to the original discovery of the sciences (which transformed the western world) merging with the combined global explosion of technological advancement in both the east and west, presents a unique, once-in-a-civilization’s-lifetime opportunity to provide, once again, the next evolution of cultural and scientific advancement to the world in the form of the first City of The Future. This City will be exquisite in form and aesthetics, casually, naturally and carefully blending East with West—not as they are now—but as they might be a century from now. Special attention will be given to Feng Shui principals in the overall layout and within the structures themselves. Breathtaking art and sculpture outside and inside, including fountains and landscaping, will provide inspiration and awe at every turn a thousand years from now. Green space will meander, flow with and interconnect art-strewn walking and cycling paths throughout The City with special gardens for Tai Chi and other meditative arts. It is clear that The City will be a blend of cultures, no longer strictly following traditional East or West forms of architecture, design, living or corporate models. The City will embrace a bold new expression made possible by utilizing our technologies and materials together with a blend of futuristic architecture reflecting the East and West, which will inspire the future generations to strive for all that is possible—even for that which is not yet revealed---and more!   Acvancing countries represents the ideal for such a City by virtue of their enterprise, fabulous wealth in university graduates, world-class manufacturing expertise, first-class transport and communication facilities, and a market for state-of-the-art, pollution-free solutions to dramitacally change the world, all comparatively inexpensively. The ability to fast-track quality construction projects is another plus. It is envisioned that not only will interested countries need hundreds of cities and communities which could utilize DragonHeartTM City as a template, but rising seas and discontent with pollution would create a demand for new forms of cities and communities world-wide, and DragonHeartTM City will be the birth of an entirely new global industry: fast-track, world-class city and community building. Participants All of the companies selected to participate will be chosen according to whether their presence/product fulfills a need for the community at large, enhances the quality of life (such as health or our precious environment,) or represents substantially increased business to local partners. The City itself could have a global impact (showcased as a permanent World Expo) where the tourism will benefit the community. It is intended that all the technologies and processes used in The City are locally manufactured in cooperation with local partners & their sub-contractors, or by local companies purchased outright by the manufacturer. Training and integration of local managers to participate in the future realization of company policies will be a priority. It is our intention to groom young professionals and graduates to take the majority of responsibility of DragonHeartTM Foundation.  Emphasis will be made to include women in the training programs, particularly in science, education, community design and the management phase for residential and employee services.
