DragonHeartTM Foundation may supply China, for example, with the tools to supplement their Ministry of Environment’s efforts to realize their ecological, economic, and energy goals, as well as demonstrate that it is possible to create a cost-effective and world-class pollution-free city while still manufacturing and supplying  products for what appears to be an insatiable world market.

The small footprint and capital cost required for DragonHeartTM Waste Systems to provide clean water, air, and energy will clearly set a new precedent in infrastructure and industrial waste treatment protocols, and will establish a new global standard for generations to come.

China has a critical need for efficient wastewater treatment facilities:

 *  Eighty percent of the 3.7 billion tons of sewage produced daily, is discharged untreated into rivers and seas.

*  More than 1500 businesses in China have already been closed along various riverbanks to reduce dumping of raw sewage and other pollutants into the rivers.

*  Currently 20,000 small to medium DragonHeartTM Waste System sewage plants are urgently needed in China to adequately process billions of tons of slurry from local pig and poultry producers.

 *  The demands for proper sewage treatment are projected to grow at an exponential rate, given the proposed expansion of factory piggeries, as well as demands to serve the human population. Sewage, power, and clean water facilities are already stretched beyond capacity.

*  China anticipates the addition of 20 billion square meters of housing annually, and is simply unable to keep up with the constantly increasing demands being placed on this infrastructure.

Using DragonHeartTM Waste Systems technology can solve this dilemma in an efficient and cost-effective manner. The low cost per ton to treat sewage for municipalities, livestock farms or industry, along with its low capital cost, allows financing through local banks via service contracts. This eliminates the need for foreign or local governmental investment, as well as substantially reducing subsidization for water services.

*  Initial testing indicates that one commercial unit can provide adequate daily sewage treatment needs for a community of 20,000 residents.  The unit is sufficiently compact (fits in a standard 40-ft flatbed container) that a bank of ten to twenty units would be a reasonable system for medium-sized municipality.  In major municipalities, normal sewage systems would best serve the primary needs of the community, and would benefit by incorporating some of the DragonHeartTM technologies, particularly in the treatment of sludge produced in their secondary treatment.

*  The DragonHeartTM Waste Systems would be suitable in larger sized municipalities where settling tanks with vibration settling equipment could produce an ideal 7% to 10% dissolved solid solutions, or their thickening process could water down the 15% solids cake they are producing, to 10%. The DragonHeartTM System would only have to treat the settlement and produce energy from the dried powder to run the installation and eliminate other undesirable or expensive forms of disposal.

*  DragonClawTM  could be used to treat and purify the water from the secondary or tertiary treatment, further improve the quality of water and reduce costs considerably.

*  In addition, the demand for the DragonHeartTM Waste Systems for sewage, oil and water pipes, the DragonClawTM barge system is ideal in rivers and coastal area remediation and red tide issues. This System would be greatly beneficial,  specifically for the South-to-North water pipeline, where nearly 45 billion cubic meters of water from the Yellow, Yangtze and other rivers will be sent North every year when the project is finished. This will save energy costs due to the reduced requirement for pumping, and both purify and restructure the water.

*  Indeed, the entire assembly will have to be manufactured in China, inclusive of vortex pulse burners for the DragonWingTM, microwave ozonators (also good for piggeries and other factories,) AquaFerTM  Atmospheric Distillers for water production for villages and industries, offering up to thirty million gallons per day from the atmosphere for desertification programs, vacuum gasifiers for municipal waste, and DragonWingTM gas turbines/generator for converting gas to energy. Technology for cleaning the air (especially for the Beijing Olympics) will also be available soon.

The steel for fabrication and construction can be supplied by our modular steel plant which emits NO pollution, produces up to 80Mw via CHP, and the raw material is supplied from aluminum waste red mud from our aluminum forging of DragonPipesTM  for the sewage, water and oil industries, which our VortiSizerTM extracts. In this process, iron and the char residue from our GassiFireTM  is extracted by the VortiSizerTM, and the char is recovered by our energy producing MSW gasification plants. Eventually our steel products can be fabricated by recycling, thereby offering a win–win scenario for China, her environment, people and future recipients of DragonHeartTM  Foundation help. The VortiSizerTM  will revolutionize the grinding industry, and provide the efficient and cost effective means to remove sulfur from coal.
