Christopher Seebach stepped "outside the box" at an early age when he realized that science was still struggling to find basic answers in fields devoid of any solutions, i.e.. they were looking in the wrong places. Christopher was seeking solutions with new eyes, and thus he invented numerous machines and new materials---all based on principles found in Nature. He intends to seamlessly incorporate these new products into our daily lives to profoundly change the way we deal with common, everyday pollution-based concerns. These include polluted air and water sources, toxic building materials, fossil energy shortages and a myriad of other related worldly problems that will only be overcome by radically creative, solution-oriented technology. 

These new products will create an entirely new lifestyle of pollution-free living with profound  benefits of energy generation from common waste stream sources that, heretofore, have been improperly disposed of. The illegal and immoral dumping of toxic waste materials has caused incalculable, long-term  environmental destruction and pollution of our precious natural resources--air, land, rivers, lakes and the great oceans. Christopher's technology will reverse this trend at the source and swing open the doors to new and vastly efficient ways of approaching our everyday waste and energy problems.

VortiSizerTM is just one of Christopher Seebach's many inventions which provide a cost-effective and efficient solution to increasingly difficult environmental problems the world over. VortiSizerTM is a Vortexian technology with one moving part capable of reducing fist-sized ore into micron-sized particles utilizing the vortex principles of implosion. Commercial sales have recently started in South Africa. This machine has been granted a patent in Ireland, UK, South Africa and Australia. New world-wide patents will be filed on this technology with latest developments based on a newly designed unit, as it is an extension of the CTD Technology which succeed in providing the precise atmospheric conditions to minimize wear on the blades.

Cyclonic Turbo Dryer (CTD): The evolution of VortiSizerTM.  Mr. Seebach has two PCT patents pending for improvements on the drying and energy generation (which includes China,) plus two more energy generation patents filed in Ireland on a preliminary status.



General    A wide range of industrial processes require extremely fine particle sizes for use in the manufacture of cosmetics, paint, dyes, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and ingredients for food and beverage manufacture.  These industries will greatly benefit from the VortiSizerTM with a reduction in the cost of refinement of their ingredients and more consistent particle sizes with unadulterated outputs.

Mining    The preparation of ore for electrolytic extraction of heavy metals (Gold, Silver, Iron, etc.) requires the ore to be crushed to create slurry.  Mining slurries can be dried either in powder form or dewatered sufficiently for chemical treatment for extraction of metals.

Presently fine particles are too expensive to process because existing machinery is inefficient and uneconomical. VortiSizerTM produces a fine particle that is suitable in many such mining applications and processes at a cost which makes it extremely efficient and economically viable.



Grain    There is vast demand for fine flour throughout the world.  Asia uses large volumes of fine rice flour which is very expensive to produce.  In western markets, fine whole grain flour is experiencing a rapid increase in demand.  In one pass, VortiSizerTM produces fine rice flour and whole grain flour without de-husking. VortiSizerTM processes grain into very fine flour significantly faster and at substantially lower cost than can be achieved by existing commercial flour mills.  The end product is very high in nutritional quality.           Photo: Grain flour from VortiSizerTM



Seeds    The VortiSizerTM form of processing presents opportunities for a wide range of grains that have previously been difficult to process such as: corn seed, sunflower seed, sesame seed, grape seed and linseed/rape seed. 



Recycling - Glass    Glass is extremely expensive to recycle. VortiSizerTM can efficiently process massive volumes of glass for reuse in secondary glass production at substantially lower cost and at significantly faster rates than is presently possible.

Ultra fine glass particles are extremely valuable to the cement industry and form a chemical component in the formation of specialized concretes.  It is also used to strengthen plastic used in the construction of numerous hard plastic goods such as computer cases, televisions sets, telephones, and white goods. Dewatering    The inability of conventional wastewater treatment plants to substantially reduce the water-to-solids ratio of the waste sludge has hindered the development of an economic, environmentally-friendly sludge drying system.  VortiSizerTM has broad application in existing and new wastewater plants to reduce the water to solids ratio in sludges and in animal and feedlot waste streams.  This will lead to higher drying capacity and other efficiencies. 



Computer Scrap    The majority of computer scrap is suitable for electrolytic extraction of specific metals.  VortiSizerTM has the capacity to create a homogeneous powder which can be fed into the electrolytic process.  Photo: scrap gold computer components.



Pulp & Paper    The production of paper products uses massive volumes of water.  The waste stream is difficult to handle as much of the residue floats and is difficult to separate, thus making the treatment slow and expensive.
VortiSizerTM has the potential to solve this problem by drying the sludges from this process and to capture and recover the fibre residue.  The process is far more efficient and less expensive than present methods.   Photo: paper pulp. 



Quarrying    VortiSizerTM will revolutionize some quarrying applications.  Many materials, such as gypsum and limestone, are difficult to deal with due to their moisture content which requires it to be dried before it can be processed.  This usually requires heating which is a major production cost. VortiSizerTM can process these materials into fine, dry powder in one pass, without heating.                                                                        Photo: rotary gypsum dryer.

The VortiSizerTM is scientifically based on some of Christopher Seebach’s principles in the DragonHeartTM  System (CTD or Cyclonic Turbo Dryer) including having one moving part, and utilizes the principles of implosion and explosion to create pressure differentials to pulverize coal, or indeed any ore without grinding, at a rate of 50 to 80 tons per hour. It is easily mobile and is a fraction of the size of the giant and bulky ball mill
grinders. It eliminates the need [Ball mill grinder, photo left.] to use a micronizer, uses much less energy, and the capital and maintenance costs are significantly less as there is only ONE moving part. This ability to easily and inexpensively powderize coal lends itself to being treated in slurry by an advanced form of enzyme which, when diluted 2000 to 1, breaks down complex carbons to single carbons and removes sulfur. It is then made into briquettes (possibly after adding other waste product like sanitized paper pulp waste from paper-mill slurry treated with the DragonHeartTM System) with increased BTU qualities. VortiSizerTM  represents a major breakthrough for mining, flour, paper pulp, dairy, chemical, and food industries.


Mineral Sands    VortiSizerTM  is ideal for the extraction of substances such as rutile, silica and zircon from mineral sands and fine sands.


 
Mr. Seebach, also has invented other machines and materials based on principles found in nature. These include:


SEATEC:    (Solar Energy Assisted Thermal Energy Conversion) a mobile or stationary device with one moving part capable of using Solar energy to produce seven million gallons of distilled water a day plus 3.5 megawatts of electricity as a by- product. [More information on SEATEC]


AquaVitalizer:    An inexpensive and simple control mechanism for electrochemically producing extreme pH changes in water.


AquaStone:    A Vortexian technology with one moving part converting waste gypsum into a plaster which, with the addition of water, turns into the consistency of stone at ten times the strength of plaster. This substance is capable of being drilled and tapped, achieving 7 tons pull in mining bolt trials, with compression strength double that of glass-reinforced concrete. 


 AquaBoard:    A new material simulation of wood which can be drilled, tapped and is fire proof with a six-hour fire rating.
